Dr. Rosetta Garries
Dr. Rosetta Garries, M.D. is an aesthetic surgeon, specializing in non-invasive facial and body rejuvenation. Her primary expertise is in skin tightening, skin resurfacing, dermal filler injections, and fat removal. To complement the anti-aging procedures she performs, Garries developed a skincare line, Very Pretty Skin®.
Dr. Garries completed her general surgery residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn and two plastic surgery fellowships at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, NY and Eastern Virginia Medical School, VA.
Dr. Rosetta, as her patients affectionately refer to her, has a strong background in the visual arts. Prior to attending medical school, she attended college as a Fine Arts major where she developed her penchant for detailed sketching of delicate, soft female facial and body lines. Her specialty was accentuating contours of the face and body which is palpable in her body of work today.
Upon meeting Dr. Garries, her passion is undeniable. Her zeal and energy imbue every patient interaction with the sense that they are in the most capable of hands.
Dr. Rosetta’s patients range from high profile TV and film stars, music industry giants, prominent professional athletes, Wall Street power brokers to young professional walk-ins who want to look their best and preserve their skin’s youthful buoyancy.
After decades of treating all skin types, it was a natural segue for Dr. Garries to develop a line of innovative skin care products. She wanted to afford patients the luxury of maintaining the same glowing skin at home and on the road. Thus, the “Very Pretty Skin®” line of products was born.
